Steps needed to update blog for comments (ongoing):

* Move the "More" next to the date - change text to either "Add a comment" or number of comments e.g. "5 comments". Links to the same place.

Added the flag to allow / prevent comments, along with the display of number of comments or "Post a comment" if no comments exist. Now need to add the comments when viewing the blog entry, plus show the comment box if relevant.

The "x comments" link is being changed as part of  FS#70 . This will need to be reverted for this change.
